Paul E. Martin, AIA
Mr. Martin has over thirty years of experience in planning and architecture. In the public sector as City Planner, he gained insight into the basis of city policies and an understanding of governmental attitudes in dealing with private sector development. As an architect in the private sector, Mr. Martin has had the responsibility of designing and implementing various projects in the areas of planning, health-care, religious, recreational, governmental, institutional and commercial development. His background in project management and client relationships has created an empathy to client needs such as those pertaining to budget, "fast track" construction and scheduling, quality control and design excellence.
